While formal training is not mandatory for a successful career, its importance has grown with the growth of technical excellence in the field of cinema and video productions. 
Nature of Work
Under the supervision of the directors, the actor expresses ideas and creates the images in the theaters, films, television programs, as well as in almost every performing art media. Basically their job is to convincingly interpret and play the roles in the script of the writer in the way the director desires them to be portrayed. Actors may perform on stage or perform through images in other art media like films, television, and videos.
