The first Oscar 2011 nomination in Best Actor category goes to Javier Bardem for his film Biutiful. The film Biutiful has also been nominated in the Foreign Language film category. Javier Bardem has been previously Oscar nominated for the Best Actor in Leading Role in the year 2001 for his film Before Night Falls. The Spanish actor has also won an Oscar for the Best Supporting actor in 2008 for his film No Country for Old Men. Along with this, this 41 year old talented Actor has won several other awards from CFCA, BSFC, and Golden Kinnaree and so on.
The second Oscar 2011 nomination for the Best Actor in Leading Role goes to Jeff Bridges for his role in True Grit. The actor won the Best Actor in leading role last year. His film True Grit has also been Oscar Nominated for Cinematography, Directing, Costume Designing, and Best Picture. Jeff Bridges has won several Oscar Nominations in his career with a total count of 4 and has also won other renowned awards like Saturn, BAFTA Film and Critics Choice Award.

James Franco the Oscar 2011 host is Oscar nominated for the Best Actor in leading role category for his film “127 Hours”. This is his first ever Oscar nomination. I wonder how he will handle the excitement for two major things, first, hosting the show and then being nominated for the Best Actor in leading role.
